Knowing yourself better is the first step to understanding others, including the importance of building rapport. This workshop will explore how to improve your ability to communicate by focusing on becoming clearer and more open when talking with others, leveraging the power of non-verbal communication and becoming a more effective listener.
We look at how to encourage deeper relationships and consider viewpoints of others to avoid potential conflict situations and use strategies to foster better co-operation between individuals.
For anyone wanting to communicate effectively and honestly—individual contributors, team leaders, supervisors etc.
