An international insurance firm approached us with a clear objective: to strengthen the potential of their senior leadership team. As a leading force in their sector, it was essential to ensure that all their senior leaders were equipped with the necessary skills to stay ahead of future challenges.
There was an added challenge: our target audience spanned multiple regions across the globe, not just the UK. It was paramount that our scheduling aligned.
Our task was to engage all the leaders in a meaningful way, delivering lasting impact without disrupting their day-to-day responsibilities. With the clock ticking, first impressions mattered — we had six days across the year to form strong relationships, earn trust, and support the growth of authentic leadership potential.


Solution
We introduced Elevate, a high-impact leadership programme designed to build the skills, mindset, and confidence of senior leaders. Delivered across two three-day modules in a year, Elevate targeted the critical capabilities required for senior leadership.
Results
This partnership launched a four-year journey of transformation. Within just nine months, 17 of the 20 leaders who took part had been promoted. The programme received an exceptional feedback score of 9.9 out of 10. It’s safe to say that their unlocked potential skyrocketed.
In parallel with Elevate, we also designed and delivered another annual programme for emerging talent within the business. This dual-tracked approach further strengthened the firm’s confidence in our partnership, extending the reach of our impact beyond the UK to their global talent pool.
Together, these initiatives cover two pivotal development stages for an internationally accredited insurance firm. What started as a leadership programme has evolved into a long-term global strategy, shaping the business’ future leader by leader, talent by talent.
