You’ll call on these skills to tackle challenges head-on and be confident that you can manage the situation and the people you need to work with to be successful.

You will bring your own real-world challenging problem to solve and working with our expert facilitator and your learning colleagues you will learn and apply a variety of problem-solving techniques to create an effective solution to the situation you face. You will experience the power of collaboration and teamwork in problem solving and have a toolkit of activities to use to lead a group to great solutions that everyone is bought into.
